November 9th:  Surviving the Holidays
How can we begin to experience change and freedom in relationships, and especially when it’s time to go home for the holidays?  Relationships take much more time and effort than we ever thought (or hoped). We get stuck in the same old repeating patterns and struggle, and we don’t know how to get out. Every family has its challenges, and very often the holiday season brings them out.  Sometimes we can’t figure out what feels off or why, we just know that something isn’t right.  We want to be able to enjoy our families… but… at times it can be so difficult! We can feel guilty because we want to cut the visit short, or because we have to brace ourselves before we arrive.  Most of our holiday stress comes from family.  Our seminar is designed to help you feel more grounded and aware as you navigate through the relationships in your life.  Our hope is to help you cultivate the attitudes and skills that will guide you more successfully through the challenges of relating well… even at holiday gatherings.
